I made a purchase for almost $1500 on November 30th. Here i am waiting on a delivery that never showed up. I feel like i went to shop at craiglist. I payed and now I can’t get my products that i am owed! This is BS. how do i cancel the order and get my money back?!
Worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. I’m so tired of dealing with this store every weekend in an attempt to purchase things needed for repairs to my place from damage from Hurricane Florence that I plan to buy from Home Depot in Raleigh from now on and bring stuff with me.
Tina at customer service needs a raise and a bonus. She has gone out of her way to help us! This is why we will continue to shop here! The people in the appliance section were also very helpful. Thanks Lowe’s!
