TERRIBLE “customer service” We spend a lot of money here, and the girl who’s supposed to be in “CUSTOMER SERVICE” has an attitude when you need help finding something, that’s just poor management, clearly they will hire just anybody.... Get people in there that want to help! We will be contacting cooperate.
RecommendedI had cabinets designed by Michael in kitchen designs. They came out excellent and Brittany (Cashier/Customer Service) was fantastic to work with. She had to re do my order and took the time and patience to see it through. The cabinets came out excellent. Thank you to Michael (Kitchen design) and Brittany (cashier/customer service) You both were awesome!
customer service is terrible.
Rude employees. Treated very rudely in wood cutting area with employee walking off instead of explaining. Will be going to New Bern from now on.
Customer service is terrible. I stood at the counter while two employees chatted with a customer to the side. I wasn't acknowledged at all. The drive to Home Depot is worth it to have staff who want to help the customer.
