Customer service is bad. Workers don't seem to care.
The customer service at the Morehead Store is terrible. It's like if the employee sees you and you make eye contact they turn around and go the other way. I've way I was looking for a lawn mower. The employee was on his personal phone talking family problems and after waiting at least a half hour I left. He was still on the phone. Come on people You are working. For Lowes take care of the customer and on your brake discuss your personal problems. The store is in need of some structure and lessons on customer service. A sad c... read more
My wife bought me a kobalt extreme access tool set for Xmas and the 1/4" drive has never worked. I finally got around to trading it in under the lifetime warranty but have now been back to the store 6x now and I'm still getting the run around! I can't even return it through kobalt because they say I HAVE TO go through the store I bought it through. I will never buy anything but craftsman again!
They have horrible customer service, with eveeyone just standing around chatting. Not to mention, whoever manages their stock does a horrible job. They are always out of everything. Simple things like outlets, plumbing supplies, etc. I have gone on several occasions looking for something basic, that every big box home improvement store should have....and what do I find....sorry we are out! Seriously?!?!?
