I recently ordered a new washer and dryer from lows in Morehead City The 1st one showed up damaged The rescheduled on delivery for a new another new one for today the delivery drivers were Unprofessional and rude What probably never do business with them again
Very rude staff had nothing in stock the online site said was in staff had the isle blocked off and waited 15 min with two workers just staring at us before they said can we help you then when we told them they said it didn’t exist and then we showed him the website he said i dont know what site that is but it’s never been at this store and what you see is what u get. Their employees are rude and talk to people like a dog

I’m about disgusted with Lowe’s Home improvement. Five months ago our kitchen project was started with Lowes, it is still not finished, what has been finished is completely unacceptable. Creative Stone is another company we are dealing with through Lowe’s for our quarts countertops, I would never do business with them again. This post does not have the space for me to accurately describe the miserable ordeal I dealt with when ordering appliances. To start things off they say items are in stock online when they are in fact completely back ordered and sold out. I purchased appliances online and they ended up being split up between 3 different stores. One store called to say they had the dishwasher coming in (late I might add) but the refrigerator was out of stock with no estimate of when we would get it. Who wants mismatched appliances anyway? RecommendedTotally unacceptable experiences since Hurricane Florence with Lowes. Kitchen cabinets damaged and purchases not made good. Damaged appliances delivered. The customer service was lacking prior to the storm but since the storm they expect customers to accept their purchases and customer service. I will drive to New Bern or Jacksonville to shop at another supply store
