Customer services is horrible. I have expressed this more than once, an brought it to management every time. But they do not seem to care. Trying to finish a job today went to Lowes to pick up the items I needed, it took me 5 minutes to get those items. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO CHECK OUT. I even called management to ask for help, that went in one ear and out the other. I wish another major home improvement company would come to Columbia. Maybe some good old computation would open their eyes.

This store has terrible customer service. They have delivered a mower to my home that did not start--and CHARGED ME for that delivery as well as delivering a new one. Most recently, ordered flooring to be installed--they had installers there to pick up the flooring when they discovered they did not, in fact, order it after all. They installed a custom order door for me with a huge scratch in it and then blamed it on the installation company. I went in to get some Velcro and some Double Face Sticky Out Door Mounting Tape. I didn't know where to find either one. A Sales Associate from another Department showed me where to find each items and there were outside of his department. The one thing I found out is they have an App that you could download to a Smartphone and it will help locate Merchandise in the store if no one is able to help and if You have a Smartphone.
