I moved to Columbia in 2019 and I'm surprised by the older reviews. Lowes has been my go to store for everything from lumber, appliances, landscaping, to cleaning supplies during the pandemic. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

For the fourth time, I was completely ignored while picking out a washing machine. Cash in my wallet, I had to walk out. I will purchase elsewhere!.
This Lowes has the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's not an isolated incident either. Lowe's is fairly close to my home (a lot closer than Home Depot) and I routinely make a habit of going to Home Depot instead of Lowe's because their employees are inapt at doing their jobs. Today, I saw an employee turn and try to walk away from a customer requesting help. This place sucks! Where’s the Home Depot!
we came in on Saturday looking for a new dryer and get a better deal than competition was offering! BINGO, Tommy (manger,) was more than accommodating , very customer friendly knew exactly what I was looking for ,help me pick out a dryer ,and luckily it was in stock, helped my husband load into our SUV! I was shocked it fit but it did! THANK YOU TOMMY we will look for you in a few weeks for our new dishwasher!
Great store. Great location. Above average customer service. Horrible lighting since it was recently changed. Please fix lighting.
My fridge decided to go out on a Friday night. My husband is a diabetic who takes at least 4 shots a day of insulin. I went to Lowe's at 7 the following morning. Found fridge I wanted. Grabbed salesman. Explained insulin situation and fridge out. Fridge was bought by 730. And delivered before 9:30 same day. No insulin went bad. Great salesman and delivery guys. Thank you!
