I love working here. To all the people with bad reviews, I apologize. But y'all need to look at it from our point of view (as employees), also. We have people that CALL OUT or are NO CALL NO SHOWS, ALL THE TIME. We understand that it can be frustrating with little help, but when those people do call out, or don't show up, the wait time is going to be longer than usual. #NEVERSTOPIMPROVING
Ordered a shower door once it came it took over an hour for them to find it and load me horiable orgization and but purchasing was good just after that 👎
Very bad customer service, I needed a 24"×1 14 blacker on pipe cut, 5 employees standing around doing nothing and I had to whate 25 minutes. SORRY BUNCH OF PEOPLE.
We shop and buy at Lowes a lot. Employees ignore you unless you chase them down. Checkout lady don't need to be there. Sarcastic but did say have a good day. Friendliness goes a long way and being helpful is another. What has changed about lowes I don't know. Every employee used to ask if they could help. Now it is a search to find someone to help you.
Charlse Stanley is a manager there and dropped everything to help me with my purchase . Great service go there if you need help with a home improvement.
Helpful, friendly staff in the lawn and garden center! A kind male clerk insisted on putting my 40-lb bag of soil into my car. Glad to see Lowe's is starting to stock its herbs and plants this early in the season!
