Came to Lowe’s to buy a dryer and trying to check out was ridiculous,the cashier was very rude,people come to Lowe and generally spend a large amount of money ,if people didn’t come and spend that money here ,that cashew would not have a job,next time I will go to Home Depot!!!
I went in to buy staple gun for applying aluminum siding. I had the best experience ever. They were quick to ask if I needed any help. I also would like to thank the man that helped me who had experience repairing travel trailers. He helped me so much . If it wasn’t for him I would’ve bought the wrong items.
Just purchased a ceiling fan and was charged for it twice. They said I had to buy LED bulbs to go with it and they came with the fan. I got the charges straightened out and then tried to get it iinstalled. Someone was supposed to call me within 48 hours. It's been over a week. I had to call so many numbers. Some were nice, some not. I'm taking the fan back tomorrow. I don't think I will deal with them again. Earlier I bought a water heater to be installed and it went like a charm. Dealing with different people I guess.
Some of your employees need to learn how to not be jackasses!! Especially when they're in the wrong!
I worked here for 2 summers in the Garden Center and loved every minute of it. The people I worked with were amazing, and I had some great customers too. Management did a lot for not only the customers but the employees too!�
