Just want to say thank you for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I had purchased a pressure washer in April and has never ran correctly. Being frustrated I packed the thing up and brought it to Lowe's expecting not to have a pressure washer for awhile since it needed repaired. The gentleman that was working the service desk this morning really surprised me and went out of his way to speak with other management to help resolve my problem.
