Your customer service is terrible, i wasted an hour waiting for someone to help me place an order for carpet. Everyone i asked pushed me off to the next person. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere. Teach your employees respect
Everytime I go in to your store there is one register open with huge lines. It is worse than going to walmart. The last 2 times I was in I got sick of waiting in line so I layed what I was going to purchase on the floor and walked out. This place is horribly managed.
I love going to Lowe's and finding the things I need. They have it all. I also love their house plants.
Horrible experience. Walked In with cash in hand to by a stove. The guy was very rude! I guess because I interrupted him and another coworker chatting it up. It's my birthday and that was supposed to be a gift! WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING!
