This particular Lowes store is a Joke!! My delivery was a disaster!! it took me 12 hrs and 16 calls later to finally get everything situated! But seriously big shout out to YBC In Sunbury you really went above and beyond to help fix lowes mistake! I even called lowes corporate because nobody there at Selinsgrove lowes knows how to pick up a phone... or they simply hang up on you. This has to be the worst Lowe’s I have ever dealt with. For one, their customer service is terrible they just put you on hold forever hoping you hang up or they put you on hold then hang up on you or just transfer you to every department for it to ring forever! For two, we spent a lot of money on carpet and tile and the carpet they said will take 2 weeks took 5 weeks and no one called to notify us of that! Great service and employees-just wish they would enforce their sign which is posted at the entrance requiring customers to wear a mask while within the building.
I lost a days pay because email said it would be there Thursday between 8am to 8pm. nothing. called next day and now IT MIGHT BE MONDAY
I had to go to Lowe's yesterday to pick up some things that I needed. I'm a high-risk individual that is autoimmune compromised. Myself and my partner wore a mask to go in. The lines were crazy, and no one was staying six feet apart, no one was enforcing staying six feet apart, and half of the people weren't wearing masks. The family in front of me, two men and two small children, with a cart filled with four spray paint cans, tried to give us their cart because they didn't want it anymore. Bought a "pre-assembled" gas grill. At the moment , my wife and I are putting it back together the way it's supposed to be. Is it that hard to find employees that are somewhat mechanically inclined ? I would think that would be a requirement !
Placed an order, received an email that the order was ready for pick up, curbside. Showed up and called the number, no one would pick up the phone to have it delivered to vehicle. Always issues with this store and customer service. Why offer curbside pick up if your not going to do it??
