have everything you would need for DIY projects, wanted wood for deck delivered, in store purchase and next day after supposed to be delivered,still no material on site call store, customer service lacks professionalism, need improvement,probably will go somewhere else for deliveries from now on

Zero stars Absolute worst customer service! Ordered carpet for a home in Shamokin. Order shipped to WV somewhere. Half of the order arrived today. Other half is lost! Manager at Selingsgrove store refuses to take calls regarding this order. Was referred to someone in lawn and garden! Manager should not be in management if she refuses to talk to customers about order problems. Shameful! Terrible service. Never again!

Purchased a new dryer 1/16/19 as Monday 2/18/19 go to put a load in an start the cycle starts up fine come back after about 20 minutes to find house filled with smoke an dryer off called Lowe’s (customer service ) to sort the problem out an have them make it right was told I’d receive a call back with in 24/48hrs an still nothing I’m highly dissatisfied An will no longer give them a cent of my business !!!
After a delivery issue where they failed to make delivery on Christmas Eve I went and pick a freezer up somewhat disgruntled, but they made it right by not only staying open a few minutes late for me but giving me a 20% discount with a value of around $125! Good customer service, definitely worth it!
WE JUST GOT OUR 1100.00 DOUBLE OVEN DELIVERED. THE MEN TOOK OUR OLD STOVE OUT, WHICH WAS A GOOD WORKING STOVE. THEY ACTUALLY DROPPED THE OLD STOVE ON OUR CEMENT PORCH. IT BROKE THE STOVE. I HAD IT SOLD FOR 200.00 NOW ITS WORTHLESS. THE MEN WERE VERY BAD AT THEIR JOB. WE ARE FINISHED PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM LOWES.
The quality of their appliances and the quality of their warranties and fixing on a timely manner. Seemed to pass the buck from one to another within the store! Very angry disappointed customer will no longer be making big purchases on a appliances at any Lowes period!
Extremely angry at the head cashier named Barb! She needs to learn people skills and change her attitude! I loved Selinsgrove Lowe’s but I won’t be shopping there anymore! She needs help!
