Very long waits, poorly staffed. My husband waited for 10 minutes for help ordering doors and finally we had to walk up front to ask for help. I waited another 10 minutes for help locating something else and finally walked away. The associate told me someone was at lunch and she didn't know where other help went. Lowes at this location is terrible in regards to the carpet division. I have never seen so many people who have no clue what they are doing. How hard is it to order carpet and set an install date? Gentlemen at the installation number is rude and not helpful. Several managers have no clue what is going on and can seem to help. Keep telling us that the carpet for the past 2 weeks was trying to ship to the home, but the other 1/2 of the carpet was at the store. Totally unacceptable. NEVER WILL DEAL WITH LOWES AGAIN!
Went to Lowe's with the intent of purchasing a Electric Range. Wife and I were the only customers in the appliance section for almost 30 minutes and not a single employee came to help. Meanwhile, four Lowe's staff were standing around the appliance counter chatting about everything under the sun. Will be purchasing at HD this evening.
Literally the worst customer satisfaction around ... been dealing with a warranty issue for 6 months and their idea of making it right is “we’ll give you the same crappy product” barely even an attempt to make up the last 6 months of wasted electricity spoiled food (gotta go thru a warranty company for that) let me dig out 6 months of receipts and remember what all went bad ... avoid at all cost .. shop with mom and pops places .. at least they’ll appreciate you
Never buy carpet from here! Waited over a week for a call to schedule installation and was told we needed to purchase an extra 200 sq. ft. cause of the shape of our space. Had I not called to complain about not having a date scheduled for installation we probably would still not have one. Very poor customer service. The man told me that he let the installer know it was unacceptable to not schedule us in for so long but that is it. I would suggest going to Home Depot instead if you need flooring.
we had a great time at 'Pro day" the food was great and I saved some money on my new Dewalt radio and charger!!!
On July 29 we bought an electric range. We paid cash. Because of the color they had to order it. It was to be delivered on Aug 16th. Well it was put on the wrong truck. The next time they delivered in my town was 9 days later so we said ok. On that delivery day lowes called and said the range was damaged and they would have to reorder it. Well it was finally delivered on September 10th. The next time we need a big ticket item like this we will go somewhere else. We are so done with Lowes.
