We purchased a delta faucet from them in Sept 2014 that has a lifetime guarantee!! today it was leaking everywhere under our kitchen sink. My husband took receipt and faucet back only to be told he had to contact Delta and get them to replace it! Called Delta est time for new faucet 7-10 days!!! So we are supposed to be without use of our kitchen sink for up to 10 days!! Why can't lowes exchange it for us and deal with Delta to replace the defective one... read more
