Get some employees who actually want to work. You go in and need something and have to go back outside and get your own carts because the workers never bring them back in. I stood in the aisle while 2 workers were talking about the girls car getting run into and could not get help or even being acknowledged that I was there. Half of the workers don't know where anything is in the store so asking for help is usually a joke too. The place seems way understaffed to begin with. Ordered Washer and Dryer took almost a month for delivery. Only to find out they only had the washer in stock...waited another 3 weeks for a dryer and to date still not delivered unacceptable to pay almost $2,000 and wait over a month for an appliance....extremely disappointed with Lowe will never order from you again!!!
We had the BEST experience we have ever had at Lowe's on Sunday. Special thanks to Patty, Belinda, Steve and Tom!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were WONDERFUL!!! Thanks again.

I am not a 100% sure what department he works in but today we had assistance with our shingles by a young man named Eric who was very pleasent and was a great repesentation of your company. fantastic customer service all your employees should be this way!
There was nobody in electrical & nobody else could help. I went to Home Depot & they have great customer service who helped me find everything I needed not just electrical.
