I ordered garage doors and had them installed. One panel was defect. Lowes refuses to pay to reinstall and fix the problem! I will not ever shop there again! Been there 4 times and haven't talked to the store manager yet! They always send up a dpartment head.
I was truly disappointed with the store. The clerks were almost aggressively ignoring us. Perhaps they didn't like me??? I had to actually tap a guy on the shoulder as he was busy looking at paint swatches. I asked where gutter screws were and he glared at me and grunted, "aisle 16." I almost bailed on the project right there. Sorry, but if I could give less than a star I would.
To start things off first thing this morning getting attitude at the customer service desk did not help when i called to speak to a manager and the lady working Stephanie and her cocky little sidekick refuses to give you to a manager cuz they know what is going on. I spend a lot of money here between me and my clients and this will be the last day that I spend it anything here. I spend too much money real quick lol and I want to get more so I have to put the blinders on
I love Lowes. They may not have the best selection of some things, but their customer service is always spot on. I've never had an issue at the store, my partner and I always come here when we know we're going to have a question about something for a project we're working on.
The selection of attachments on power tools are somewhat slim
