I'm beyond frustrated by the complete and utterly mismanagement of my order. The order was paid in full by check. Part of the order was picked up with a promise date for the remaining items. The items were cancelled by the manager NOT by us. Then, upon returning the items, Justin, the manager, basically accused us of stealing the items that were not received based on parking lot video.
