Horrible. We ordered three doors to be installed the first of September 2016. All three were ordered in the wrong sizes. Front entry door was finally installed in December. Contractors have been great! Billing still has not been corrected. Front storm door was reordered and the contractors came out today to install only to find out that it was too short by a few inches. HOPEFULLY by 6 months time since we ordered, maybe we'll be able to get the work completed.
I have been to many Lowes though out the years, but this is by far the best one in customer service . I went to purchase paint today and TAMMY was extremely helpful , she took the time to help me coordinate the color combination for my daughters room and I couldn't be happier !! She is patient , and so helpful !! She Also showed me techniques about how to paint and overall my experience was fantastic!!
Very helpful staff. I was looking for a hard to find item. The employee went out of her way to find it for me.
Horrible ! tried to buy salt and told they have a limit . Maybe they should order more if they sell to contractors. Will go to Co - Op for now on
