Culpeper Lowes has the worse customer service. I’ve waited over 10 minutes or more every time I’ve ever been in there and ask for help in any department. Today I went in and I needed help with a ceiling fan. I ask the cashier to call for help three times and no one ever showed up to help me. So I left. I’ll shop somewhere that will help me.
Recommended*** UPDATE: Thanks very much to Lowe's corporate for getting in touch with me privately and fixing this. It appears that the cashier was inadequately trained. The store-level customer service could certainly use an attitude adjustment as well. We recently purchased a dishwasher at the Culpeper Lowes. It arrived damaged and we called Lowes. Their service response was excellent. They immediately ordered me a new dishwasher …and it has been delivered and installed. I can’t say enough about the excellent service we received. Everyone was very helpful and cared that we were taken care of appropriately. Thank you Lowes Culpeper!
So are y’all just incapable or doing your jobs ooorrr.....? I had a washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday between 7am-11am. Yesterday then turned into tonight between 4pm-8pm because the “truck is having issues”. 4-8 came and went and now at 9pm, the drivers never showed up or even gave so much as a call. I even called the 1-800 number for delivery at 7:30 just to make sure it would be delivered in that time frame to which I was told it was “en route”. RUN!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!! It is with regret that I even have to type this. I am a repeat customer of the lowes in Culpeper, Va. I just had my carpet replaced about 6 months ago. This last one takes the cake. We initially went to lowes on May 2. They had availability for our privacy fence for that Monday May 4th at 3 pm. I was very impressed with the gentleman at the cash register today who disinfected they keypad on card reader after each customer.
A great store to shop for all your home needs and more.
They could deliver undamaged products when promised. They could answer the phone. They could call back when promised. They could be competent. I am teaching a lesson in customer service at a local high school this year. They will surely be mentioned and the managers by name.
