Really poor delivery and customer service. Refrigerator arrived dented, refused delivery. Called store multiple times “disconnected.”. Assured it would be delivered on the next day. Still waiting, no contact from delivery company. Multiple calls to store, promised a return call. Waited an hour and a half, no call back. Called again everyone is at lunch. My money works at other places too. Very disappointing.
I was going to buy a whole kit for my shower when a gentleman in that department showed me all I can do is switch just the handle saving me money and physical work.
The young lady from the floor section was very helpful once I pushed the HELP button, but if your gonna have an appliance sale, maybe have more than one rep in that section. After I ask for help, the section filled up with four more customers.
We went to lowes tonight to get paint. And had a Great experience. The sales associate that helped us was so helpful. He went above and beyond. Playing with the kids as he helped us pick out the right paint for our living room and bath room. Thank you Wyatt! You gave us great suggestions and lots of helpful information to get us the best paint for our needs. Thank you again for having so much patience and making our paint purchasing experience painless and not stressful. 5 Stars!

I had an experience with Lowe just 10 minutes ago. I was purchasing 3 sheets of plywood and got to the register and one of the sheets was damaged. I ask a service pro name was James if he could discount it for me because it was damaged. he said he couldn't do anything. never had this problem before.
Lowe's Home Improvement Here we go again everyone - The new washer we bought from your store broke within 5 months after purchase, we contact the store a week ago and scheduled for someone to come out today - Surprise Surprise Nobody shows up. I am fed up with you guys - how unprofessional. Furthermore, I am requiring any of my subcontractors who work for me to solely purchase all materials from Home Depot and other building supply store - You don't deserve my money
many reasons employees watch you struggle getting construction material. then come down the isle when your done. waited 3 weeks for counter understandable when it's wrong. instead off rushing it out was told take another 3 weeks for them to take inch and half off and would have to wait until they picked up and dropped off when counter company is hour away. all around. no help from anybody.
Special ordered stove and microwave, they were left on my front porch and were both damaged. So frustrated, still waiting for manager to contact me.
