Been standing in the appliances for 30 minutes. One person is helping someone, but not even an acknowledgement. Only gave 3 because the front desk person was awesome.
This is the worst retail establishment. It starts with the manager, Scott O'Toole who is not suitable to work with the public or in a retail store. He is rude and useless. And he will never help a customer with a problem. I tried to buy custom Kitchen cabinets, Granite Countertop and All of my appliances there. After 4 frustrating months with no follow through or communication I am now trying to get my money back. Don't buy anything more than a hand tool that you can carry out.
Use Lowes on a regular basis. Positive good experience. Helpful staff. Only one bad experience over the years since the store opened.�
Waited for someone to help me in appliances for over 30 minutes. Manager was even notified I was waiting and nothing was done. Lost a sale for sure.
Been waiting 45 minutes and counting to pick up our refrigerator I ordered earlier. Really!?! Could see 15-20 but this is ridiculous.
They do not know how to keep stock very well. Their inventory list does not match what's on the Shelf
Poor Service, No help finding anything. Was ignord by employees and only 2 registers open with a ton of people in line. Just like Walmart.
Fantastic service at this store, management is the best!
