Outside of your store today. Inappropriate to sell a sniper rifle in what I thought was a “family” store. Home Depot, here I come.
Consistently out of stock for basic items or the items themselves are not stocked in the store. I leave out of here more often then not disappointed and headed to Home Depot in Fredericksburg to either get something simple or get it cheaper. Hoping we will one day get a Home Depot here in culpeper...
I think Lowes is a wonderful store to begin with, but this one is the best of all the ones I’ve been to. They have a great inventory; fair prices; the store is clean and organized; and the Staff and management are always pleasant and helpful. Any time we’ve had delivery from the Culpeper Lowes store, the experience has been great. They’ve been timely, flexible (there were a couple times I had to make 11th hour changes and they were very understanding), and the installation was perfect.

Had French doors installed. The contractor did a shotty job. The trim and caulking on the inside looks like a child did it. The door wasn't caulked by the manufacturer and water came pouring in through the door when it stormed. I called and the managers don't help and won't call you back. Finally reached the manufacturer and it took more than 3 weeks for someone from the manufacturer to comme out and caulk the door. Once Lowe's has your money, they don't care. After placing an internet order for 4 boxes (108 tiles) of tiles, we went to pick it up the next day, and they couldn't' find the tile. No one would get a manage involved for over 30 min. Finally an assistant manage got involved (manager was busy). It then took an additional 30 min to walk back tile department to grab 4 more boxes. This is not acceptable service and sadly has happened before. Oh they did give 10% for our trouble which was 13.00. Never again!!!
I love Lowe's and the only chaos is with myself of not knowing what I want or where it's at but I think it's a great store here in culpeper ! I can spend hours there just looking around and wishing ! There always very helpful and every time have ask me multiple times if I need help ! Most women go to the department stores and i would rather to be looking at tools Only thing better is bass pro shop 😁 As far as browsing but I've not had any problems with our Lowe's other than spend too much moneys and time in there but thats ... read more
