Poor customer service! When will these places provide training for their employees or hire people with some knowledge in their departments???
Had a dryer delivered & it didn't work right, so they set up a delivery date for a new one. Waited at home all day & they didn't come. Finally called & they tried to say we weren't scheduled for delivery that day. FF to a few weeks later....someone from Lowe's called to say that our area rug would be delivered a certain day. Called that morning to verify this time & were told that yes, it would be delivered today. Waited & waited and nothing. Called again, got transferred to about 4 different people & were told we weren't on... read more
The staff at our local Lowes is always quick and courteous!
Terrible service! You people can't be bothered to wait on people???
I love the Murray store! Everyone I've encountered is friendly and eager to help. If they happen to be out of the product I'm searching for - staff quickly found it at another location for me.
