Standing in line for 10 minutes because the cashier couldn’t find the upc for a big nail. It was around $2. That was the customer in front of us. The customer walked out without it. I said to just give it to the customer free. Cashier wouldn’t. Held up the line with 5 people also. Great Customer service. She could’ve at least called a manager to see if it was OK.
you could have a store manager that would call you back or at least take your phone call you cant tell me hes in a meeting for four days and when you drive 45 miles hes still in meeting and doesn't have time to see his customers I walked into lowes in murray the last time

Craziest thing ever!! All of a sudden today at Lowe's, you can only go in one door and there's a person counting. Yet in the store there are several, and I mean several associates standing around with nothing to do!!! Very restrictive today, yet this has been going on for 2 months.
Poor customer service. have literally sit in my car and watched tons of people go in together but my husband and I tried to so we could pick out paint together and employee would not let us in together bc of the quarantine. never will be back to this place. if u are going to inforce the rule DO IT TO EVERY HOUSEHOLD
It seems to me you are in Violation of Laws pertaining to Disabled people. My husband usually uses an electric cart, but today cannot get in to get Lumber, because cannot ride cart and push the cart with 2 X 4s at same time, and cannot walk the whole length of store to get in and out pushing that cart. I am Very Disappointed, and from this day on, will be looking for other options for Lumber and Plumbing Supplies. We were told he could not bring a second person in to help with this due to State Regulations

Was called repeatedly by Lowe’s of Murray that my range was in but still waiting on other three pieces. I asked to wait until all 4 pieces were in. When they scheduled delivery the fridge, microwave and dishwasher were delivered but no range. Called Murray store and manager Vicky basically said I was a liar and that the range had not come in yet. I told her I had voice mail and email indicating that it was in Murray.
