This is to let you know of the fine service given by three young men from the Murray, Kentucky Lowe's store. On Tuesday September 3rd, 2019 your employee Greg in appliances, was so very courteous, helpful, thorough and gave his time while discussing my options for a new refrigerator. The two who delivered my refrigerator were very efficient, careful, and professional. Michael cut some boards for me.. I had a granddaughter on my hip and one by my side... He took the sheet down for me, carried it, and cut it perfectly.. Her pack n play is perfect now.. I always have a great experience with the people at Lowe’s here in Murray... The cashier was very sweet and helped take care of the cart for me... Thank u...
They do not give out the military discount like the website on Lowes says. It is supposed to be 10% on your purchase. Now they say it does not include sale items...so Active Military/Veterans beware of the false info they say they do!!
Ordered a carpet with install, they show up and pull the old carpet, lay down pad and then roll out the new carpet...only to find a huge defect running down the middle of it. So the install guys call me and ask me what they want me to do...umm get not defected carpet! Duh! So now it’s been a full week and my office is sitting closed with no carpet due to the complete incompetence of everyone at Lowe’s right now! Nathan in the paint department was knowledgeable & very helpful
The absolute WORST experience we’ve ever dealt with!!! The actual contractors have been wonderful Lowe’s itself has been AWFUL to deal with!! Once we get this taken care of we will NEVER go to Lowe’s for anything ever again!!! When you pay for something on Aug 30 and it’s Nov 22 and it’s still not installed there’s a PROBLEM!! I will be contacting cooperate on Monday!!
Wow. Last year I bought a window & they had amateurs attempt to install it. It took 5 weeks to get it fixed. Decided to give them another chance, I was promised their best installer. Made an appointment, waited a month. They overlooked my windows in the warehouse & cancelled my appointment. Then they find them & gosh we're sorry. Contractor is being rescheduled for another month away. Never again. I'll try Home Depot in Paducah after all they do have an IHop next door.
