Awful. I have made not one, but two trips to Lowe’s recently considering a purchase from them. Both times I received VERY poor service and Lowe’s might want to consider training their employees in multiple departments. Just a thought!
Do not ever order anything from this store and expect to receive it when you are told. We ordered 16 bullnose tile pieces from another Lowe's store and were told we would have them the Wednesday of the next week. Well here it is Friday of the week they were supppsed to be here and they are not here. Needless to say the tile guy will be here in the morning but since Lowe's can't do a simple store transfer I will not have the tile I need for tomorrow and the manager of the store here could care less. I love this store! I always get exercise....I always want to see what's new on every isle.
My husband and I loves Lowe's its a place where we can find everything thing we need. Recently he just purchase a trailer for his rider small or large we can count on Lowe's
Great place to shop. The store is well organized and I can always find help. Very friendly shopping environment
We bought a new stove Today and got home to find out that needed hoses and adapters. Called the store and drove 30 minutes over there and 30 minutes back to find that the kit the rude woman in appliances pointed us to was still not compatible. I'm very agitated. Rude and unhelpful is what I experienced today and I will not ever shop there again.
