We spend so much money at this place but for some reason they don’t want to help the customer load up the materials. My dad is in his 70s and has had two strokes and loaded up 41 bags of 80lbs concrete.... very dissatisfied with customer service I wish we had somewhere else to take our money to
RecommendedService was amazing, when i needed help they where right their to help an some worker's stayed after hour's just to help me load my stuff up. That's was also amazing !!$$ The work's in Greenville at Lowe's are amazing !!
No help...had to load mulch by myself...18 bags. Garden Center gate was not open 1pm in the afternoon. No one offered to help, pulled my vehicle in front of store, 5 Lowe’s employees walked pass me and didn’t even offered to help me load my mulch and other items. I spend a lot of money in this place...VERY DISPLEASED

I had a very bad experience with customer service . I waited 2 hour for assistance. No communication was made , other than a random worker asking me if I needed help but never coming . Finally when they brought the product I requested , it was the wrong item . I was so disappointed.! I lost precious time I can’t recover , plus confidence in this company . So disappointed 😔
Told delivery would be Tuesday. Took off work. Delivery never came. Promised next day. Didn't come when it should. Had to rush to the ICU in Jackson for work. Got a call they were minutes from the house and had to rush back home to get there. They never showed. Promised they'd be there by 7:00pm (6 hours after the ICU incident). Never showed up. Called, then hung up on me. I tried calling. 10 times. No one would help; no one would pick up. Really great for a family of 6 without a fridge for 3 days. I'm going to Madison next ... read more
Bought washer dryer on 1/16/18 washer was damaged upon delivery. Matter still not resolved, going to call lowes corporate today, do not buy big ticket items from lowes!!
