My husband and I have been remodeling our new home. We ordered flooring that cost $2500. We asked to get the flooring when we arrived because we received a notification that it was ready. We waited patiently for 3 hours. When they were ready to load the flooring we found out that they shorted us 7 boxes of flooring so we had to wait in the customer service line to get the money back for those. The Lowe's located in Greenville, MS demonstrates favoritism. Especially located in the lumber department. Tracy the department manager has her picks and chooses. She ignores her customers and when her friends walk in she calls her employees to leave from performing safety rules to help and aid her friends. Needed an automotive key cut. Simple process match the key, I pay for the key u don’t cut and you cut mine. Old dude name sid or something just dismissed me. What a jerk. Reason 1001 we could use some customer service classes. Prob why he works at Lowe’s though.
