Horrible customer service. Never knew I'd have to beg someone to take my money to purchase an appliance. Appliance associate wasnt even on sales floor. Had another associate page the appliance associate tonight. No one came. 10 minutes later, i left your store. Heading to Menards where i know anyone is willing to help until another associate with better knowledge is available. My measly $3k purchase is nothing to you Lowes, but maybe someone else will appreciate my purchase.
