9/3/20 I called & asked for the building dept. I asked the girl who answered if they had 1/2” steel Z flashing. She looked it up on the computer & said yes we have 30 pieces. I said I had already looked it up on the computer & saw the same thing, but before I drive the 2 hour round trip to your store I would like someone to physically go look. they refuse to deliver open box items to your home regardless of how much you are willing to pay.
It’s been 5 weeks since I filed a claim and no feedback. I have called over a dozen times and can not get the issue resolved and it is holding up my bathroom remodel.
i filed for a bussiness credit card and when i got approed theyn gave me a 200 credit got a bill and went to lowes they gave every excuse not to oblicate it i paid card and will never shop lowes again
We spent $1500 here today and asked to apply for a credit card to save 5%. Grey, our cashier, paged someone to help with that. The person who responded looked at Grey with a scared expression and said “That will take forever”. Grey was the only cashier open and we were in front of quite a line so we told them to forget it. I’m not sure why applying for a Lowe’s card “takes forever” but they should streamline the process. Basically the credit specials don’t exist if the associate refuse to let you use them. 🤷♂️
Lowe's offers a Military discount
We ordered all new appliances on two different orders. We called the store a couple days before delivery to coordinate both orders being delivered at the same time. Only 2 of the 5 items were delivered in their first attempt. Not only that, they damaged the refrigerator. After many phone calls they delivered the remaining items 6 days later.
