Very helpful went out of their way to give me help.
Had the most awful carpet install! Never ever use Lowes for carpet. Should have known when the carpet installers were 4 HOURS LATE BOTH DAYS! The carpet is cut two inches short in a closet and not tacked down properly between flooring transitions. I would give -10 stars if I could. I did call to complain but OF COURSE was transferred to a voicemail and never called back. Terrible service. Home Depot will be getting my business from now on.
They had what I was looking for in stock. The order process was a little slow in the store. Checkout figured out there were actually 2 orders for the same product and removed one.
Ordered door July 31st. Still waiting for it to be installed. Lots of excuses. Never again!
Dryer does not work properly....gas leaks, doesn't dry properly, did purchase the warranty, they don't have time to come out, called Lowe's numerous times, they don't respond.
DO NOT hire Lowe's to help with kitchen installation/home renovations. My family put in an order for a small kitchenette in March and I still don't have a kitchen. Cabinets were custom made and showed up broken. We had to wait for them to be remade, which has taken months, and we were told it would be completed and installed by mid June. Well, it's July 6th and we still do not have a full kitchen. We were then told someone would be here yesterday to finish the installation and no one showed up.
