Will never step foot in Lowe’s again! Ordered a complete kitchen appliance set and the dishwasher don’t work. Was told the new replacement would be here this week now it’s next week! Don’t order from them you will regret it and all they say is sorry! Bunch of crap so Home Depot, fleet farm and menards have my business from now on. Don’t believe anything that JOHN in appliances tells you.

Ordered a dishwasher with installation 6 days ago and was told the installer would contact me within 2 business days. No word from them so I called the 800 number I was given. Agent did not recognize the invoice number, kept asking for an order number that I did not have. Refused to transfer me to a supervisor, finally hung up on me. I called Plover store instead, got redirected to installation department, then told that the store had not marked my order as "pulled", whatever that means. I went in to purchase a 12x8 piece of carpet. The salesperson claimed to know how to operate the machine that measures & cut the carpet. After 1/2 hour he decides to call for help. The help he called for never showed up. I suggested we roll the Capet out measure & cut. He cant cut a straight line so I suggest using a chalk line. I left without my carpet, poor service.
The manager, Curt at the Plover store gave my husband and I awesome customer service handling a problem with our refrigerator! Thank you, Curt!

Rebates are a big pain in the butt. You enter the info online as asked and then find out the store is not part of the rebate program. Well, when I bought some items in Plover the clerk said, here's a rebate form. Showed me what to do. I then mentioned I tried this once before and got no where. So she said to do it online, which I did. She curled all the info I needed to enter on my receipt, Then I get the mail notice this store isn't part of the program. Lowes, you've lost ALL my business after going thru this mess twice.
I'm more of a DYI-er & with the mobile phone app it made it easy to navigate the store to pickup & go.I prefer this store over Menards & the staff I came across was quite friendly.
Paid them $ 12,000 to install flooring throughout our house. We found out nine months later the flooring was improperly installed and has failed. Six months later they still have not fixed our floor. DO NOT hire them for any flooring instalation. Once they have your money, they don't care if the work was done correctly. They will jerk you around and never actually fix anything.
