I asked for morning delivery for the fridge I purchased, and morning is over. Still no fridge here. Called for an update was placed on hold for over 10 minutes no one ever provided update. First it took forever the day I went to purchase it for someone to check to see if it was in stock, and now looks like its going to take all day to get here. 3 month old washing machine broke November 12th 2016. Extended warranty bought with the washer. it is now January 17th 2017 and the washer is still broken. Lowe's should stand behind the warranty they sell. I hope they Starkville store management knows the work Houlka Appliance does or doesn't do on the warranty work reflects on Lowes.
I have never been talked to so rudely as I have by the associates and managers of this store! This after buying many appliances. Will NEVER make that mistake again
I love DIY projects so I'm always there. The employees are awesome and extremely knowledgable! Love my Lowe's!!
