You have to beg for service then wait. The male employees will sit and watch females struggling to load a heavy object and never offer to help.
Appliance calls and help on the floor have been bad. Managers try to help but store stock and delivery contact is a problem.
Spent $1,800.00 on a ge washer, and dryer. I also purchased the extension warranty. Just over a year later the washer goes out. They told me it would be a month and a half before a technician could come out just to look at it. Not to mention might have to order parts, and wait more. When I purchased the insurance they said problems like this they would replace it. Also had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't answer the technicians call, that it would be another month and a half! You got the last of my business
