After years of being a loyal customer of Lowe’s in Starkville MS, I am disappointed by the type of service and lack of customer service that we received regarding our most recent refrigerator purchase. When we were waiting on our 45 minute courtesy call for the delivery of our refrigerator, the Lowe’s delivery truck pulled in our driveway unannounced. Curbside pickup is nonexistent. Had to go inside to pick up the order. The worker was manually hanging the phone up as it rang at the customer service desk. Had to wait INSIDE the store for my CURBSIDE order for nearly an hour. The drill I was given was in an already opened box and after getting it home I realized my yellow paint samples were never mixed... they just gave me two $4 jars of the white mix the color should have been put in. Don’t waste your time and money and risk your health!!
This how long I’ve been on hold after being hung up on four previous times . I was just trying to let them know I was short an item that was delivered today.
After being hung up on twice, I called back and asked to speak to a manager. After being transferred to a "manager" that person just put me on hold forever. So fixing the customer service would be a start.
Service has a lot to be desired. Floor representatives need training!
