bought some counter tops back in May 2019, it is now October 30 2019 and they still have not finished. the instaler has been very polite and respectful but lowes has been a nightmare. we paid up front and had no kitchen sink for three months, someone needs to lose their job.
I enjoy shopping here. It’s just like home away from home. 😀 Special Thanks to Ryan for taking his time and assisting us. He was very professional, humble, patience and nice! Thanks Ryan! Also a Special Thanks to Avrelle at customer service. She was very sweet and nice! I will be back AS ALWAYS!!!
If the upright board saw worked for more than two or three days a year that'd be great.
Conveniently Located and accessible
Tried to go into the store and buy a $900 tool box. Waited overe 20 minutes without anyone coming back to tell me what is going on. Ask to see a manager, Nicole comes and says the work apology but does not come off as sincere or that she cares and then leaves. Wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. Then Nicole comes and proceeds to get smart with the customer and tell me that "they cant just throw it down off of the shelf" and that I was welcome to call someone that she would be happy to give me the number. Great customer service!! David and Nancy were amazing when it came to picking out the right size of Poinsettias for our church.
They’ll call you at 11 say they’re 30 minutes away, don’t answer the phone or show up for 5 hours. Finally answer the phone and say their on the way again, they’ll show up and drop your stuff off at the end of the driveway. No one in the store knows anything and Everytime you go in the store standing around and only 1 register is open. Avoid this place and go to Columbus Lowe’s.
Have some form of customer service. They have NONE and could care less.
