Lowes in Starkville, MS is the worst place i have ever been. Rudest employees i have ever seen, not one person said hello or asked can i help you find something. One register opened while i saw ten employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Management get it together. I will never go that awful place again; but from all these one star ratings i doubt yall care as long as your pay check clears.
I’m really frustrated with this store. My parents wanted to look at carpet for installation. She is disabled and relies on the scooters in the stores to shop. Lowe’s had three. One broken, one not charged and one in use by a non-disabled person. In addition the few employees are not happy ! This process took three hours!! Ridiculous!
I bought a GE washer at Lowe’s in Starkville,MS in May of 2017 and I can’t get Lowe’s or GE to fix it or replace it even though I have been calling since the middle of February around February 20 .....even though it is under the factory warranty when I even bought the extended warranty from Lowe’s nor can I get any results or a call back from a manager from the Starkville Lowe’s..
