Horrible and nasty check-out clerk and an absolutely useless store manager who could care less how badly customers are treated.
Thank you Lowe’s for telling us our refrigerator was out for delivery the day before Thanksgiving and it never showed up. Now, we have to change all our plans for Thanksgiving and move everything at the last minute to my sister’s house.

We are building a house and just this weekend some criminals came and stole flooring, building supplies and misc tools. Dewan in the flooring dept. was so incredibly helpful and nice. Helping to find the replacement flooring. Thank you so very much!
The customer service is HORRIBLE! The young lady in the paint department was too busy on her cell phone to even ask if we needed help. The man that was getting carts and loading the cars was the worst! He was rude and impatient. He snatched things from customers hands and threw the carts when rounding them up. He looked very angry and didn't care that I was watching him. I was just passing through town and was getting a washing machine for a family member. Guys, you all need to work on customer service! Worse customer service experience I've ever had because there was none!!!
After paying for our dish washer we had to wait for an hour before someone brought it up front to us. Poor service.
