Purchased a fridge it was dented and scratched. It’s been 9 days with multiple calls to the store and corporate and they still have NOT done anything to get the fridge replaced. Hours on hold with promises of calls back from management to still have nothing!!
Lowes has changed for the WORST in the 21 years since it's been here. It use to be we serve great customer service to now... WE BARELY SERVE YOU!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
My experience this am at the checkout was I brought 2 different clearance items as well as a photo The cashier Dorothy would not correct the price and then when we ask for her manager Latena she said she will ask the department since there was so many of the item in the spot. Supposed to deliver and install a washer today and then get an email(no call) that it will be EIGHT days later. I chose LOWES because it was in stock. I had to call corporate to find out that one little piece wasn’t in. Funny, it was in stock when I ordered it. How about checking with another local store to see if they have it so you can keep your customers happy?!??

Terrible customer service!!!! I registered online for the train kit only for them to have given them all away. I live 30 minutes away. Why would you allow people to register online if you are not going to hold them. Then when I called to complain was very rude and said I’ll get a manager click and then one never came on the line. Does anyone remember 9/11 ??I guarantee LOWES has forgotten everything about it because this morning on 9/11 of all days - my father who served 23 years in the marine corps was told he couldn’t get the military discount on his new dishwasher and stove he bought. Both the clerk that wrote the invoice up in the appliance area and the cashier at the register up front said he would get his military discount but when they were all rung up - $2.00 discount on a $900 receipt. … See more
