Tired of placing orders for pick up, verifying our pick up time, then getting here to find out it’s not even pulled off the shelf. This is third time this has happened. Not small items either. Completed an order and paid for it In-store to be delivered and still have received no tracking number or information. When I input the information online to check the status I get an “unable to find your order”. When you call the store number they just don’t answer and it sends you through the process all over again. I want to know where my order is. Always been a loyal Lowes customer especially since they give us a military/vet discount, until today. Ordered a new washer and dryer online while standing in the store since they wedding stock them. Called earlier today to check and see if they were still scheduled for delivery today and was rudely told she couldn’t help me. Here we are 10 hours later, and just now found out they failed to deliver them for a second time. If I didn’t need the new units I would cancel them and buy from somewhere else. wait. wait no help. stand at aisle where keys are made. 2 workers walk by and come back. husband in plumbing dept wanting help. called store ask them to page someone. they did no response. called them back 15 minutes later they paged out again. still no help. husband walked down to commercial sales to see if Casey was working. no but he talked to forklift worker. he told my husb its not his dept and didn't know how or he would help us .
