Found what I needed fast. Associate told me where it was
good customer service I had to return a item that I found out I didn't need I did not open it return it with no problem
We went to go purchase a Christmas Tree. No one was in the garden center. It was about 630pm. No one was around to help. But the trees looked horrible anyway.
Tried to buy a washer and dryer. Couldn’t get anyone to help, so I simply walked to the cashier, told her which ones I wanted, and tried to purchase and schedule delivery. She said she couldn’t do it; someone in that dept had to do it. As I stood in the front of the store, I called the store to try to get someone from that dept and was put on hold. Finally, I gave up and just went to Cowboy Maloney where I was greeted promptly, was able to purchase quickly, and was given free delivery.
I delivered treated wood to them and Freddie don’t waste anytime gettin me gone
The people in Meridian lie about when delivery will be and lie about products being in that you ordered. Would have had a whole lot of less stress dealing with another company or another store.
I’ve receive awesome personal service every time I’ve had questions or made a major purchase.
Was passing thru in my RV and needed some things, stopped in and got what I needed and asked if we could stay overnight. Was ok and we left early morning, thanks LOWES for your Hospitality.
