Had an absolutely horrible experience both in store and dealing with customer service. This store has probably the worst CS team I have seen in a while and to be honest the whole structure of how they handle client issues is horrible. Still haven't had my issue resolved and they seem to be making no attempts at a resolution. Gone are the days of "The customer is always right" not the customer has no rights. Thanks to Lowes Briggs and Stratton and Troy Bilt who hasn't bothered to respond to my comments. Less than 1 star
We tried, we really tried. Last Spring we bought $10,000 home carpet installed. We had to call the manager then just to get waited on. THEN, yesterday we tried to buy a top of the line Washer and Dryer... 25 Minutes we stood there before we were approached. We told the salesman we wanted to BUY this set ($1600.00) right now. He said he had to call the warehouse to see if it was in stock...
