The test were dark. I went looking for someone to help and eventually found two guys chatting and looking at one of their phones. I always shop at Lowe’s and came in today today to look at Quartz countertops for my kitchen and wanted a sample to take home to make sure it was the right color. They don’t have ANY samples � Can’t imagine anyone would ever do an entire kitchen without seeing the swatch at home first. You lost a big sale!
Store 1603, Snellville. Terrible experience, stood around over 15 min waiting on help in tool isle, "helpful" cashier called for person 3 times, I went to complain to a manager and they were in a meeting and could not be bothered. I called to complain on phone to directly and they seem to even have problems operating the phones at this store.
I began shopping Lowe's because of the shoddy customer service at Home Depot. Apparently now Lowe's is following Home Depot's business model. My wife bought a new Gas clothes dryer last week. Let me break the experience down by numbers: 1: She was told they don't make gas dryers any more even though the info tag on the display said it was available in gas or electric. Delivery of new refrigerator damaged my hardwoods. Cannot get any manager in the Snellville store to do anything about it. You cannot even get a manager on the phone or in person if you go to the store. Complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau.
