If you did anything at all, it would be an improvement. I was advised that my washer and dryer would be delivered today. The website even stated I was stop 6. A gentleman from logistics called and informed me the dryer wasn't even in stock. I have tried calling the store multiple times and can't get anyone on the phone to answer and if they do, they just send me back to customer service. I don't recommend Lowe's for any renovations. our new kitchen has become a nightmare and all we get is " I'll check into it " and nothing happens. totally ruined our Christmas
Miserable ongoing kitchen install - bad installation has put us weeks behind. won't be able to move on time. Nothing but lip service from Lowe's - and no effort to fix their botched install. We'll be a month without running water.
I needed assistance and one of the nice employees did an overhead page for me but, no one came to assist me. I waited in the lighting section for at least 20 minutes. I finally gave up and left. I can't speak for all the locations however, this location won't get my business again.
Installed a garbage disposal in march. Had to remove it due to installation of facet. Installer hired by Lowes cracked the gasket on disposal during installation. Now Lowes will not support warranty. Do not buy any Appliance from Lowes requiring installation.
RecommendedI was in the Snellville, GA store on 12/11/2018, and was assisted by "Shereka," in my search for Oil Dry Compound. This associate went out of her way to find the product that I needed, seeking advice from more than three, associates. Yes, I got the exact product, that I was looking for, great job, Shereeka!
Inventory on hand is not correct. Had three orders either partially cancelled or fully cancelled due to items not in stock.
I highly do not recommend Lowe’s because they utilize an in unreliable third party delivery company. I purchased a refrigerator on Saturday morning and was promised delivery by Sunday.Waited Sunday for my refrigerator and the delivery company never called to inform me that it was rescheduled for the next day. Monday morning receive a phone call notifying me that the delivery was rescheduled for a second time for Tuesday and that I would receive a phone call later in the evening with an exact time.
