Always nice to go to the store planning to spend about $5000 on new flooring only to be insulted by the only employee working in the department on a Saturday. I'm debating whether to go back when he's not there or to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I may go back is because the manager I spoke to was very apologetic and professional. If I do back and get good service I'll remove this review.
I have tried to unsubscribe from Lowe's emails numerous times (at least 10), and they keep sending me junk email. They spam me on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I have received 11 emails from them just since the beginning of April.
shady sales manager Damien try to scam me on a fridge that I bought in clearance. They try to send me another clearance fridge that was beat up to hell. Instead of the one that ordered. I even saw the fridge that they delivered to me today the second time I went to the store. FUCK YOU DAMIEN.
When I had a terrible experience at the Lowes in Buford, I decided to try out this store! Alex took great care of me and Toni in paint and the ladies in customer service were by far the nicest Lowes employees I have come into contact with! Toni went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed! Thank you Alen for all of your help and Understanding today! Your store rocks!
