Ordered a hot water heater on Tuesday, April 4th and they gave me a time window of 11:00-1:00 arrival for Wednesday, April 5th. Not only did they arrive by 11:45 on Wed but it was completely installed by 1:00. From the time I got in the store to the follow-up call today (Thursday) everyone was completely on the ball. My experience was great! Thank you!

Finally saved up to do some remodeling....went to Lowes in Noblesville...They are very willing to take your order and money but cant seem to get the installers out to finish a job....numerous calls to the installers to finish the installation of my laminate floor....it has been since the beginning of March 2017....finally had an appointment for Friday May 12 from 2 to 5 and installers were a no show no call to finish putting the quarter round down...now that lowes has my money they don't care about finishing the job....that ... read more

Currently here and wanted to write a nice comment while I'm waiting. Customer service here is amazing. I'm a teacher and needed some materials to help with props for our musical and was completely clueless on what to get. C.W. And Greg went above and beyond to help! Sometimes I feel worried going into places like this because I'm not knowledgeable about a lot of the materials but they didn't make me feel bad at all and were just really nice! :)
