I love Lowe's I go there every chance I get and if this would let me post a picture I would post a picture that I took of my dogs they went with me yesterday
I've purchased deck, fence, & storm door all through Lowes. The process from purchase to installation is horrible. No follow up, it takes multiple trips to the store or calls to find out the status of the contractors they outsource to.
I am a true regular at this location and I couldn't be any happier with the customer service. And I love all the products I've purchased from here.
We didn’t even make it into the store. A young fella with a burr haircut and a fluorescent green shirt was scraping by car mirrors with carts. A gentleman that looked to be his supervisor witnessed it and said nothing as far as I could tell. So we left as soon as we could, which was a while. The pickup zone for mulch is not far enough out of the way. Traffic trying to get through is backed up as long it takes to load each costumer.’s order.
Rick at the Noblesville, IN store made my day yesterday!!! Looked for several different sizes of screws and brought to me while I was waiting at appliances. Then helped me find and select the right tool I needed to cut one of them. Thank you Rick!!! :)
Such incompetence! I was scheduled to have a door installed Monday. They never came. They called a number I haven't used in years, even though I've had that number removed from my profile in the store, and through their customer service center. After three weeks of the door being at Lowes waiting to install, my order was sent to a different installer, sent to the back of that installers line, and I have to wait another 3 weeks.
