Every time I place a internet order they send me an email saying ready to be picked up and it's not. Currently waiting half hour for order to be pulled. Frustrating!
I am very pleased with the service we received from Anthony in appliances at the Noblesville store. He made an otherwise aggravating problem bearable. I give Anthony 5 stars, but no stars for the corporate service & handling of the E.P.P. program. Three weeks to resolve a broken washer is too long.
We had a great experience at this store this morning. We we went out to leave, our truck wouldn't start. A couple of the employees stayed with us, and helped us until we got it started. Even a few shoppers helped us!! There are nice people in the world!! Thanks to all who helped!!
I will no longer be giving my business to a store that advertises on a show, with a known child molester. Disgusting.
