This place does have terrible service. We ordered appliances and took time off work to have them delivered. They cancelled our first delivery early that day due to drivers calling off. Take two, someone waits around all day after a call that they will deliver in the afternoon. We cancel drs appointments and miss sports events. No calls by 5:30 and the unhelpful assistant manger said sorry but they have a couple more stops before they get to us. 7:50pm comes around and we finally get a call that they are not coming and we hav... read more
This place has the worst customer service. They made a mistake on flooring that I purchased with my Lowe’s card and are refusing to make it right. The flooring manager was the worst, most incompetent person I’ve ever spoken with and honestly I can’t believe he has a job dealing with people. I have a ton of home renovations needing done, but I’ll be cutting up my Lowe’s card and spending my money elsewhere!

Delivery didn’t show up the day they gave me an 8 hour window they were going to come. Had to wait until the next day and was suppose to be the first delivery and I wasn’t . Driver was very rude when he called.

The Extended Warranty is not worth the paper it's written on if you Get a Samsung fridge. Everyone at Lowe's System advantage warranty plan dodge your complaints if your patient and nice , the run around Now since Sept 4th on a broken Samsung French door fridge. A $3200.00 fridge and I'm getting the run around and keeping food in a ice chest
