Quailty floor We wanted to replace our carpet with the laminated floor. Lowes offer so many different kinds of flooring choices and we were able to find the kind that met our budget and needs without any problem. They also have installation available. We set the appointment with them and the people came that day to install the floor. They were so fast and on time. The floor looks so good. And we didn't spend a fortune on that. Definitely shoud try if you are looking to buy a new floor.
Excellent service after sale We purchased a door last Fall from Lowe's while we were doing some remodeling. We did not finish the remodel job and were going to put the new door up this past week. When we opened the door packaging it did not include all the parts. It was a box that had been repackaged (lots of tape). We went back to the store and ended up working with Tim in the Millwork area. They do not care to fix issues they caused and are rude to customers when they need help and the managers are awful.
Where to start .... you have an employee (J.Combs) who cusses, threatens co-workers. An ASM Kyle plus several other ASMs who are snickering and gloating about Lowe's delivery team no longer having their jobs. Customer service Samantha who is extremely rude. I can keep going but I'm sure you get the just of it. It seems to do no good to complain because nothing is getting done about the issues. Lowes has become so pathetic allowing bullying & harassment to become a part of their daily work habit.

Be upfront with customers and tell them PRIOR to CHARGING customer that you are not SETTING UP, REMOVING OLD appliances!!!! Yet, you are still CHARGING FOR THESE SERVICES AND TELLING CUSTOMERS YOU DO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES!!!! ATTN: JOHN STRAUSBURG(sp?) If we were aware of this info. we would have made arrangements to have someone assist with the removal of the old washer / dryer and set up of the new washer/dryer!
Do not EVER try curbside pickup here. It’s a joke!!! Customer service, once they actually answer the phone are extremely rude and just want to make excuses instead of getting your order out to you quickly. I will NEVER shop this Lowe’s again, if ANY Lowe’s at all!
Lowes is not practicing safe environments. During a pickup for an online order today in Noblesville there were clearly too many people in the store close to each other, most cashiers had no masks and it was pretty much business as usual. NOT GOOD for controlling the spread of this serious virus. Come on Lowes get with it! At least offer a curbside pickup and require your workers wear proper PPE!
